DELIVERY
We are happy to be able to offer you an entirely tracked shipping service, so you can follow your order from the moment it is dispatched.
All items are handmade in Bali, Indonesia and although we aim to get your order out as soon as possible, please note some orders can take up to 5-10 working days (excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping notification when your order is on it's way!
What if I am not in?
A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advise this to you, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.
Import fees / taxes
All of our pieces are hand made in Bali, please note for orders placed outside the USA, these may now be subject to import fees and taxes. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any fees you may incur once the item leaves us.
